Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a quote request through this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your property address
- The type of camera system you're interested in
- Any additional notes you choose to add
If you call us directly, we may note down similar details to give you an accurate quote and arrange installation, in the same way any local tradesperson would.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- Understand what you need and give you an accurate quote
- Contact you about your enquiry
- Arrange and carry out installation if you go ahead
We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
How we store it
Quote enquiries submitted through this website are stored using Brevo, an email and customer management platform, which helps us keep track of enquiries and respond to them. Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf and has its own privacy policy, available at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it's needed to respond to your enquiry, and if you become a customer, for as long as reasonably necessary afterwards for record-keeping. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just get in touch.

- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask us to stop using it, or restrict how we use it

CCTV and your own footage
This policy covers how we handle information submitted through this website. It doesn't cover footage recorded by a camera system once it's installed at your property, that's controlled entirely by you as the homeowner. The Information Commissioner's Office has separate guidance for homeowners using CCTV, which we're always happy to talk through.
