My Story
Hi, I'm Jasper.
I grew up in Milford on Sea and have lived in and around the New Forest my whole life. These days I'm based near New Milton, but the area hasn't changed much to me, it's still the same stretch of coast and countryside I grew up around.
A few years ago, a member of my family was burgled in a house they'd always considered one of the safest places around. It wasn't just what was taken that stuck with them, it was how unsafe they felt in their own home afterwards. That's stayed with me. A camera system doesn't undo something like that, but it makes a real difference, both in putting people off before they try anything, and in giving you back some of that peace of mind. That's really why I do this.
The photo above is me and my dad. Most jobs are just me, start to finish, but on bigger installs he's often the extra pair of hands helping get it done properly.
How I Work
Every job starts with a phone call. You tell me what you want covered, I ask a few questions about your property, and I give you a straight price. Living locally means I already know the difference between a clifftop bungalow in Bournemouth and a terraced house in Southampton, and that shapes what I suggest before I even load up the van.
Once the cameras are up and connected, I sit down with you and go through everything on your phone. Live view, playback, notifications, detection zones. You will know how to use every part of the system before I leave, and if something trips you up a week later, you call me directly.
There is no booking system, no support queue, no ticket number. You get my number, and when you ring it, I pick up.

All work is quoted over the phone and done at your property. This is a registered office, not a shop or showroom.
